DMCA / Copyright Policy

REVOIPTV LTD (“RevoIPTV,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users of our services to do the same. This policy explains how copyright owners or their authorized representatives can notify us of material on revoiptv.com or within services under our control that they believe infringes their copyright, and how we respond to such notices.

This policy applies to content hosted, posted, or made available on revoiptv.com and any services operated by RevoIPTV. It is not a general legal guide, and nothing here should be treated as legal advice. If you are uncertain whether material infringes your rights, you should consult a qualified attorney before submitting a notice.

Our Policy Statement

We take copyright infringement seriously and respond promptly to valid notices submitted by copyright owners or their authorized agents. When we receive a notice that meets the requirements set out below, we review it and, where appropriate, remove or disable access to the material identified. We do not knowingly host or link to material that infringes the copyrights of others, and we act on legitimate complaints in a timely manner.

How to Submit a Copyright Infringement Notice

If you believe that material available on revoiptv.com infringes a copyright you own or control, you may submit a written notice. To be effective, your notice must include the following elements:

  1. Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed, or, if multiple works are covered by a single notice, a representative list of those works.
  2. Identification of the material you claim is infringing, together with enough information for us to locate it, such as the specific page or URL.
  3. Evidence of the authorized person to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
  4. Sufficient contact information so that we may contact you, including your name, mailing address, telephone number, and a valid email address.
  5. A statement that the complaining party has a good-faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  6. A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that the complaining party is authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
  7. A physical or electronic signature of the person authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

A notice missing one or more of these elements may not be actionable, and we may need to request additional information before we can proceed. Please provide as much detail as possible so we can locate and review the material without delay.

Where to Send Your Notice

Notices can be submitted by email or by post.

Email: [email protected], using the subject line “DMCA Notice”
Post:
REVOIPTV LTD
152-160 City Road
London, EC1V 2NX
United Kingdom

Please allow 15-30 business days for processing and removal of copyrighted material. Sending your complaint to other parties, such as our hosting provider or internet service provider, will not expedite your request and may result in delay if the complaint is not filed with us correctly.

What Happens After We Receive a Notice

Once we receive a notice containing the required elements, we review it to confirm it is complete and appears valid. Where the notice is valid, we remove or disable access to the identified material as quickly as reasonably possible. We then make a reasonable effort to notify the person or account responsible for posting the material that it has been removed or disabled, along with the reason for that action.

If a notice is incomplete or unclear, we may contact the sender to request the missing information before taking further action. Submitting a notice does not guarantee removal; we assess each notice on its own facts.

Counter-Notification Procedure

If material you posted was removed or disabled as a result of a copyright notice and you believe this was done in error or as a result of misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification. A valid counter-notification must include:

  1. Identification of the material that was removed or disabled, and the location where it appeared before removal.
  2. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
  3. Your name, address, telephone number, and a valid email address, along with a statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the courts applicable to your location and agreeing to accept service of process from the person who submitted the original notice.
  4. Your physical or electronic signature.

Send counter-notifications to [email protected] with the subject line “DMCA Counter-Notice,” or by post to the address listed above. Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, we forward it to the original complaining party. If that party does not notify us that they have sought a court order restraining the reinstated activity, we may restore the material within a reasonable timeframe, consistent with applicable law.

Repeat Infringer Policy

We maintain a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who are found to be repeat infringers of copyright. Accounts that are the subject of multiple valid infringement notices may be suspended or permanently terminated at our discretion, in addition to any other action we take with respect to the specific material identified.

Misrepresentation Warning

Submitting a notice or counter-notification that contains false or misleading information may expose you to legal liability. Anyone who knowingly and materially misrepresents that material is infringing, or that it was removed or disabled by mistake, may be responsible for damages, including costs and legal fees incurred by us or by the party affected by the misrepresentation. Please be certain of your rights and the accuracy of your claim before submitting a notice.

This policy covers content published on revoiptv.com and any services operated under RevoIPTV’s control. It does not extend to content hosted by third parties that we do not control, even where that content is linked from our site. Use of our services is also subject to our Terms of Service.
