1. Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the IPTV subscription services, website, applications, and related content provided by REVOIPTV LTD (“RevoIPTV”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By creating an account, placing an order, starting a free trial, or otherwise using our Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, along with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Service.

We may, at any time and at our sole discretion, adjust these Terms, including our Privacy Policy, with or without notice to you. Any such alteration will be effective immediately upon posting on this Site. Your continued use of the Service and this Site following any such alteration constitutes your acknowledgment and acceptance of the adjusted Terms.

2. Eligibility

In order to become a member and utilize RevoIPTV services, you must be 18 years of age or older. By registering for an account, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement and that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

3. Description of Service

RevoIPTV provides subscription-based IPTV access, giving subscribers streaming access to a wide range of live television channels and an on-demand video library, delivered over the internet to supported devices. Our current offering includes:

  • Over 35,000 live channels spanning sports, news, entertainment, and international programming
  • A video-on-demand (VOD) library of more than 135,000 movies and TV series
  • Regular content and channel list updates to maintain quality and availability

The number of channels and titles in the VOD library can change based on the updates we perform on a regular, typically weekly, basis. Content availability may vary by region, licensing arrangements, and provider changes, and we do not guarantee that any specific channel or title will remain available indefinitely.

4. Accounts and Your Responsibilities

All the data you submit to our database must be accurate and kept up to date. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, including safeguarding your login credentials. If you believe your account has been compromised, you must notify us promptly at [email protected].

In order to access the Service, you must use devices that meet the applicable system and compatibility requirements. You are solely responsible for any costs relating to the internet connection and network access you use to reach our services; RevoIPTV does not provide or reimburse internet connectivity of any kind.

5. Orders, Payments, and Renewals

To make a purchase, you must follow the ordering procedures described on the Service. Pricing details for our plans, and the procedures for payment and delivery, are displayed via the Service and are subject to change without notice. You are responsible for reviewing current pricing before completing an order or renewal.

Subscriptions may renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled beforehand or otherwise stated at purchase. It is your responsibility to manage renewal settings and keep payment details current. Your dealings with third-party payment processors or vendors encountered through the Service, including “buy now” and comparable programs, are solely between you and that third party; RevoIPTV is not responsible for the acts or omissions of third-party providers.

6. Free Trial Terms

Where offered, a free trial provides limited-time access to the Service so you can evaluate channel quality, VOD content, and general performance before committing to a paid plan. Free trials are limited to one per customer and may be withdrawn, limited, or modified at our discretion, including with respect to eligibility, duration, and available content. We reserve the right to refuse or terminate a trial where we suspect abuse, duplicate registration, or activity inconsistent with fair evaluation use. A free trial does not carry the same guarantees as a paid subscription, including the money-back guarantee described below.

7. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

Eligible new subscribers may qualify for a 30-day money-back guarantee on a first paid subscription, subject to the conditions set out in our Refund Policy. Please refer to that policy for the full eligibility criteria, required troubleshooting steps, and claim process. Beyond the terms of that guarantee, all sales are otherwise final and non-refundable.

Outside of the money-back guarantee, refunds are provided solely at our discretion, and only in circumstances where you have cooperated fully with customer support to resolve the issue, where the issue cannot be resolved due to circumstances outside our control, and where you have followed all troubleshooting instructions provided to you and supplied evidence as requested. Refunds are subject to an admin fee and do not apply to the current or previous active billing months; current and previous active months will be charged at full price, and that amount will be deducted from any refund issued.

8. Acceptable Use

Your subscription is for personal, non-commercial use unless you have entered into a separate written reseller agreement with RevoIPTV. By using the Service, you agree that you will not:

  • Resell, sublicense, or commercially redistribute access to the Service without a signed reseller agreement
  • Share your login credentials beyond the number of simultaneous connections included in your plan
  • Re-stream, distribute, broadcast, or transmit our content, directly or through any device, software, internet site, web-based service, or other means, without prior written authorization from RevoIPTV
  • Copy, download, or otherwise exploit the RevoIPTV logo or other RevoIPTV trademarks, graphics, or scripts
  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in a manner that infringes the rights of RevoIPTV, content providers, or any third party

Sharing a subscription is not permitted. You may have only one active stream open at any given time per connection included in your plan; additional simultaneous streams require purchasing extra connections, which allow you to watch on multiple devices at the same time. Sharing a subscription beyond your permitted connections will result in permanent suspension or device ban.

Using a VPN or proxy server is allowed while connecting to our servers. Our services are unavailable in the following countries: Iran and China.

9. Intellectual Property

The RevoIPTV logo and other RevoIPTV marks, graphics, and scripts are trademarks of RevoIPTV. None of the RevoIPTV trademarks may be copied, downloaded, or otherwise exploited without our prior written permission. All content made available through the Service remains the property of RevoIPTV or its licensors, and no ownership rights are transferred to you by virtue of your subscription. Your subscription grants a limited, non-transferable right to access and view content for personal use, subject to these Terms.

10. Service Availability and Quality of Streams

A good viewing experience relies on your network access and device capabilities. Stream quality depends on your location, internet capacity, the number of devices connected to the same network, the content selected, and the configuration of the device you are using. Accordingly, RevoIPTV cannot make any guarantees about content performance in these regards.

You acknowledge that your access to and use of the Service may be suspended for the duration of any sudden or unscheduled downtime or unavailability of any portion or all of the Service, for any reason. We may modify, update, or discontinue features, channels, or VOD titles at any time as part of ordinary service operation and content licensing changes.

11. Termination

We maintain full authority to immediately terminate or limit your use of the Service or access to content at any time, without notice or liability, if RevoIPTV determines in its sole discretion that you have breached these Terms or disregarded any applicable law, rule, or regulation. This includes, without limitation, breaches of the acceptable use provisions above, such as credential sharing or unauthorized redistribution of content.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account or by contacting customer support. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not, by itself, entitle you to a refund for the current or prior billing period, except as set out in our Refund Policy.

12. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, RevoIPTV disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or fitness for a particular purpose. As noted above, stream quality and content availability depend on factors outside our control, including your internet connection, device, and location.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, RevoIPTV shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, revenue, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Service. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under the laws of England and Wales, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for fraud.

13. Governing Law

These Terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any such dispute or claim.

All correspondence and notices made or given under these Terms should be in the English language.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services, content licensing, legal requirements, or business practices. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page indicates when these Terms were last revised. We encourage you to review this page periodically, along with our Privacy Policy and FAQs, so you are aware of any changes. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
